CNEX Labs
Systems Software Engineer
Copenhagen
Javier González is a systems software engineer with an interest in experimental research and Linux Kernel development. He is currently employed at CNEX Labs as a member of their technical staff, where he works on providing support for next generation SSDs in Linux-based systems. In this context, he spends a great deal of his time developing for LightNVM - the kernel subsystem for Open-Channel SSDs. Javier holds a Ph.D from the IT University of Copenhagen, where he focused his research in run-time security, operating systems, and lately in application driven storage. He proposed the original generic TrustZone driver for the Linux Kernel and has since then been collaborating with Linaro to upstream its new incarnation, the generic TEE subsystem.
